Ducati Hypermotard is a motorcycle that is designed for pure fun on the roads. It was first seen at the November 2005 EICMA trade show in Milan & was awarded “Best of Show” at EICMA. The first version is loaded with a 1078CC of the engine. The third generation of Hypermotard has loaded with the 937CC the engine, which is capable of delivering the 114Hp of power @9000RPM & with all the electronics on offer the Hypermotard performs very well in terms of handling and performance.

 It is designed in a way that looks simple and minimalistic, but with the less body weight and reduced body panels the Hypermotard performs very aggressively and quick in terms of power delivery. The under-tail exhaust with double silencers completes the overall looks of the motorcycle.

There is not any extra body component that looks uneven, from front to back the Hypermotard looks ready for popping wheelies and road slides. At the front there is a long suspension with 170mm travel which makes you feel more confident when you are riding your motorcycle aggressively. At the back it gets 150mm of travel. These figures get increased in SP version by 15mm at the front & 25mm at the rear because it gets Ohlins fully adjustable suspension both for front and the rear. As a result the seat height on the SP version is 20mm higher than the standard version with 890mm, where standard one comes with 870mm of seat height. The wheelbase on SP is 1498mm which is 5mm greater than the standard version.

The seating position is very natural in terms of ergonomics & offers full control of the motorcycle in any riding condition due to stripped-down narrow sides & wide handlebar it makes it more agile while changing direction on high speeds. Hypermotard is also equipped with the 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (6D IMU) to ensure your safety and with high-performance while riding this machine.
